Before you start

Your passport — have a clear photo of your passport's bio page handy (the one with your photo on it) — you'll upload it along the way. Passport expired or being renewed? No problem — upload your old one for now, then email a copy of your new one to ADgroup26@kodegroup.com.au as soon as it arrives.
Match your passport exactly — double-check spelling and dates as you go. The airlines need your details to match your passport letter for letter.
About five minutes — that's all it should take. It also helps to have your emergency contact's name and mobile number nearby.
Take it at your own pace — move between steps with the buttons at the bottom of each page. Your progress saves automatically as you go, so you can step away and pick it up later without losing a thing.
